Rugby School's Macready Theatre is set to transform your Sunday afternoon into a swinging social event with 'Sip and Swing,' featuring the captivating sounds of Frankie Lee and the Casuals. This unique event will take place on Sunday, 13 April 3pm-5pm.

'Sip and Swing' offers guests a delightful blend of live swing music in an intimate, relaxed setting. Patrons can enjoy a complimentary drink on arrival, plus nibbles, and full access to the bar, creating the perfect Sunday afternoon atmosphere.

Frankie Lee and the Casuals, a local Midlands sensation, will take the stage to deliver their signature renditions of rock anthems reimagined in the vibrant styles of the 1920s through to the 1950s. Expect to hear familiar tunes like Queen's Don't Stop Me Now and AC/DC's Back in Black with a unique jazz-age twist.

"We are thrilled to be offering more interactive social events for our audiences, with 'Sip and Swing' being the latest addition," said Amie Johnson, Macready Theatre Manager. "This event offers a fantastic opportunity to unwind and enjoy exceptional live music in a relaxed environment. Frankie Lee and the Casuals' innovative take on classic songs is sure to provide an unforgettable afternoon for everyone."
